The second international festival of print PRINT.Fest 2017 – Days with Mr. Print presented novelties and rewarded the best printed products in Croatia and the region through CROprint and REGprint awards.

Educational and promotional project "Packaging – product – consumer – environmental protection", with an exhibition of dresses made of packaging materials "Buttoned-up by Scotch Tape" as a central part, had its sixth edition in fall 2016.

Seventeenth edition of packaging festival FEST.A CROPAK, central expert event for Croatian and regional packaging industry, was held 12 - 13 May in Sheraton Hotel Zagreb.

The first international festival of print PRINT.Fest 2016 was held in early March in the organization of Institute of Packaging and Graphic Arts Tectus-IatT, Tectus Ltd  and trade journal Ambalaža/REGprint, Croatia.

During its second Board Meeting of 2015, undertaken in Mumbai, India (October, 07-12), WPO (World Packaging Organization) completed the first stage of the judging process of WorldStar Packaging Awards 2016.

After Zagreb (Croatia), Belgrade (Serbia), Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Ljubljana (Slovenia), the 5th jubilee edition of educational project "Packaging – product – consumer – environment protection", with an exhibition of dresses made of
packaging materials "Buttoned-up by Scotch Tape" as a central part, is coming back to Zagreb.

An international conference "Polymeric materials in packaging", organized by the Institute of Packaging and Graphic Arts Tectus – IatT, Tectus d.o.o. company and trade journal Ambalaža/REGprint from Zagreb, Croatia took place in Sheraton Hotel Zagreb on November 26, 2014.

The fourth in a row exhibition of dresses made from packaging materials "Buttoned-up by Scotch Tape" was concluded at the of November in BTC City in Ljubljana, Slovenia with announcing of the winner dress and awarding the lucky voter and designer of the winner dress.

For this year's competition CROPAK, award for the best packaging in Croatia, 29 products and 27 product series in 9 categories applied (140 products in total), while 11 nominations including 25 products applied for the prestigious REGPAK, award for the best packaging in the region.
Award ceremony was held under the central festival of packaging FEST.A CROPAK 2014 that was held at Plitvice Lakes from May 29 to May 31. Winners were handed off their awards by Thomas L. Schneider, president of World Packaging organization (WPO).

After Zagreb and Belgrade, educational project "Packaging - product - consumer – environment protection", who's central part is an exhibition of dresses made of packaging materials "Buttoned-up by Scotch Tape", arrived in Sarajevo. Dresses made of packaging materials from eminent brands of the Bosnian and Herzegovinian market, from March 22 were exhibited on the Square "Button me up by Scotch Tape" in BBI Center in Sarajevo (3rd floor).

Organized by the Institute of Packaging and Graphic Arts Tectus - IatT and Ambalaža/REGprint trade journal from Zagreb, golden sponsorship of Fortuna Digital Group from Split (representative of Hewlett-Packard), in March in Zagreb’s Hotel Antunovic held on 4th conference "dPrint - trends in digital printing".

The winner of this year's REGPAK award for the best packaging in the region, returnable crate for bottles by Pivovarna Laško d.d. from Slovenia won another, this time, world-recognized award. It found its place among the winners of WorldStar, award for the best packaging on the global level granted by World Packaging Organisation (WPO). Producer of the packaging is Croatian company Kaplast d.d. from Vojnić.

Adi Franković, a student from the Academy of Applied Arts, University of Rijeka, has won Certificate of Recognition, an internationally recognized award in the WorldStar Student Awards 2013 competition.

Packaging festival FEST.A CROPAK, central professional conference for packaging industry in Croatia and the region, was held on Friday, 14 June 2013.
