There’s still big work ahead of Croatian Ministry of Enviromental and Nature Protection. Intensive work is currently going on considering new National Waste Management legislation that will introduce new concepts. Ordinance on Packaging and Packaging Waste will be introduced as soon as the new legislation is accepted. We were talking to Mario Obrdalj, Assistant Minister of Enviromental and Nature Protection about Legislation as well as about the other goals that Ministry of Enviromental and Nature Protection has to fulfill in order to harmonize Croatian legislation with EU regulations.
