The recently completed World Packaging Days 2012 in Split brought together “the entire packaging world” on our blue Adriatic. During six days, more than 250 participants from 37 countries gathered on formal and informal meetings, learning about new trends and potentials for the development of packaging industry on a global level, exchanging business experiences and making new contacts, along with expressing sincere contentment with all what has been seen and presented.
Rich program contents of the World Packaging Days included many professional events – WPO’s Executive and Board Meeting, Round Table “Regional Packaging Industry and Sustainability”, World Packaging Congress “Packaging and Sustainability”, Industrial Exhibition, CROPAK and REGPAK awards presentation for the best packaging in Croatia and the region, as well as the WorldStar Awards presentation, for the best packaging on the global level.
