At FEST.A CROPAK 2009, Mr Bergmair from the Austrian research institute addressed all key issues of European legislation concerning packaging, from Good Manufacturing Practice to articles and materials coming into contact with food. Special focus was given to Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004, so-called Plastic Directive (EC) No. 2002/72 and Regulation (EC) Nr. 2023/2006.
